Can I order by telephone?
Sorry, we do not do sales by phone.

Can I cancel an order?
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Because each ornament is personalized to the specifications of the buyer, we are unable to cancel orders after that time.

Is there a charge for the personalization?
No, all printing on the ornaments is free and the only limit on the printing is the size of the space in which you want the name. Most names will fit in the spaces provided.

Is the printing as illustrated in the product preview?
No, the printing is completed by various people who work for the company, many of which are retired teachers. So the style of the printing may vary, but the standard of quality will remain high.

Can I purchase blank ornaments and print them myself?
Yes, We use a permanent ink felt pen to print the ornament which you are certainly welcome to complete yourself. If you make a mistake the writing can be gently cleaned by using a solvent designed for model building.

If I buy a linking ornament can I add to it later?
Yes, as long as the product is available we can provide you with additional links. If you think your family is going to expand in the near future…or Grandma and Grandpa may get more grandkids someday, you may want to purchase blank links and add them as needed.

What are the ornaments made of?
The majority of the ornaments on the website are made of a resin material that is high in colour resists fading.

How should I care for my ornaments?
The printing on the ornament will not come off unless rubbed with a solvent, so if your ornament is dusty you can wipe it with a damp cloth to clean it.

Do all the ornaments hang on the tree?
No, some are designed to be tabletop and come complete with an easel back. (See individual ornament descriptions for details)
